The Landscape Committee assists the Board in developing the standards for the maintenance of existing grounds (all plants and shrubs) and landscaping within Eldorado.
The Committee develops plans for improvements of the common area landscaping; they work with and  monitor the performance of contractors and vendors retained for the maintenance and improvement of the grounds and landscaping within Eldorado.

Landscape Committee members are encouraged to work on their own following these guidelines:
- pick up sticks and other debris
- pull or cut weeds
- dead-head flowers and pull dried flower stalks
- work existing tasks on the Task List

All other work including adding new tasks, requires communication and approval of the co-chairs.
